Refund Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform.

1. Cancellation Requests

 • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order.

 • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

 • The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform, and they have initiated the shipping process, or

 • The product is out for delivery.

 • In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

 • Perishable items (such as flowers, eatables, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation.

 • However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the product delivered is of poor quality or damaged.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

 • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 3 days of receipt.

 • Your request will be entertained after the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has verified the issue at their end.

 • If the product received does not match the description on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, notify our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.

 • The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

 • For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the manufacturer directly for any claims.

3. Refund Process

 • Approved refunds by Suman Laboratories will be processed within 3 days.

 • Refunds may be credited using the same payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise specified.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

 • Returns or exchanges are only offered within 3 days from the date of purchase.

 • Requests after 3 days from purchase will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns/Exchanges:

 1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

 2. The item must have its original packaging.

 3. Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

 • Only items found defective or damaged will be considered for replacement (exchange).

 • Certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds; such items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Return/Exchange Process:

 • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

 • If approved after quality checks, your request (return or exchange) will be processed according to our policies.
